By registering online, visitors can be fast tracked through the entrance, giving them more time to enjoy the trade show. Embarrassing spelling mistakes and manual input errors are a thing of the past as delegates enter and amend their own details online. Online Registration is open 24 hours a day, allowing your visitors to register at any time in the run up to the show.

The Online Registration Service from G7 includes:

• A registration page hosted on the G7 website, linked to your own event website and containing all the information visitors to your show need to know

• On the day registration for those attendees who did not pre-register

• G7 Team Members present at your show to register attendees

• All printers and computer equipment 

• A complete database of show attendees to include data such as number of visitors, name, business address, type of business and email

The ability to pre-register in advance at any show is an important development according to the show organiser of the Woking Nursery Exhibition Helen Roberts:

 “We want to make our visitors’ day as hassle-free as possible and this new initiative in conjunction with G7 is an important part of our commitment to that aim. By pre-registering they will short circuit the wait while people have their details entered and badges printed out."

Online Registration has been successfully used at several shows, including GAN 2009. Simon Edwards, Group Operations Director for Golden Acres Nursery, said “Delays at the entrance were eliminated by pre-event online booking and the process was very smooth”.

The HTA opened The National Plant Show in June 2010 where G7 provided the registrations for the Show. Samantha Gunston, Event Manager for the show said;
